Surrounded with the white sand and crystal clear blue water of sea, Cebu is an island province in Philippines. Cebu City, the oldest city of Philippines is the capital of it. Cebu island has rolling hills, narrow coastlines, coastal plains and rugged mountain ranges which works as a catalyst to the beauty of this gorgeous island. The climate of Cebu remains dry and sunny most of the year. The language spoken here officially is Cebuano and most residents of the population are Roman Catholic. If you wish to be a part of it’s religious festivals then you should visit Cebu Island in January. Third Sunday is the day when people here celebrate it’s religious festival called Sinulog. 1. Fort San Pedro:-  Fort San Pedro often called Fuerte de San Pedro is a defense structure built by Spanish military. This fort is of triangular shape, two sides of which are sea facing and the third one is facing land. This fort is center if attraction to many visitors of Cebu.
2.  Swimming with the Whale Sharks:-  Don’t panic, they don’t bite. Yes, if you are in Cebu then you must have this rare experience with this magnificent sea creature. Whale Sharks are the biggest fish in the world and also the most gentle giant of sea. For this wonderful experience with whale sharks you need to go to Oslob, Tanawan  to join some tour operator. They will instruct you the Do’s and Dont’s.  
   
3.  Mactan Shrine:-   Macton shrine is one of the top tourist attractions of Cebu. Here you will find the statue of LAPU LAPU, called the first Filipino hero. In the vicinage you can find the shops selling local craft and musical instruments , mostly guitar. You can also visit some nearby spa and resorts such as Shangrila Mactan Resort.
   
4. Tumalog  Falls:-   For nature lovers Tumalog falls is a must see we can say.  There is a natural pool that welcomes you on your arrival.  The humble and natural beauty will make your fall in love with this place.

5. Casa Gorordo :-   This place is one of the heritage situated in Paria-an.  This is an alluring Spanish colonial house built in 1860’s. It is said that first Filipino bishop, Juan Gorordo used to live here.
